| Joshua Jay, born October 30, 1981, in Canton, Ohio, is an American close-up magician. He has won several major awards[] as well as lecturing at many conventions worldwide. He pens a monthly column in Magic magazine. His success is mainly due to his unique style of close up magic and nonverbal communication, specializing in sleight of hand using ordinary props such as cards, rope, a pocketful of coins, or even a remote control. Joshua graduated from the Ohio State University with a degree in English. He is also an alumnus of Sigma Alpha Mu fraternity. |
